Grapes:   Sangiovese 80%, Syrah 20%

Harvest:   From early September to mid-October

Alcohol:  12,5% vol.

Vinification: Fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for 12 days.  Maceration on the skins for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in  stainless steel  tanks

 Ageing:  In stainless steel tanks for about 6   months

 Fining:    in the bottle for 1 month

 Colour:  Ruby red with purple reflections

 Smell:  Intense with notes of ripe red  fruit

 Taste:   Intense flavor profile, good  structure, soft, balanced and persistent in the mouth.

 Food matches:   Meats, Tuscan cheeses, pasta, white and red meat

 Serving temperature:         18-20 °C
